It's not the first time fo us at Sam Royal, and won't be the last. It's the best compromise between cost and quality, it is located in the best location on the city, you can explore District 1 by walk very easily. If you stay one night, the standard room is ok, otherwise for a small extra you can have the premium room with the window, it is way more comfortable. The people working there is very friendly and helpful. We usually stay there when we have our transit in Ho Chi Minh, at arrival or departure from Vietnam

Spacious room and great location! The front desk is open 24/7. They offer free breakfast at a restaurant across from Sam, and you can also use the big sunbathing area and pool there for free since both places belong to the same company.

The hotel is located in District 1. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to the Saigon Centre and Saigon Square. I stayed in the Studio Room with Queen Bed. It is spacious.
